AI Chip Center for Emerging Smart Systems (ACCESS) commissioned our team to create a website for a two-day intensive symposium on the topic of "Frontiers of AI Accelerators: Technologies, Circuits and Applications III". The website aims to provide participants with information about the agenda, speakers, organisers and registration details. The entire website is designed with a technological feel and an impression of AI, complemented by a clean layout design.
Crafting a Unified Digital and Physical Experience
The imagery throughout the website transitions from blue to purple, which is the primary visual theme for this symposium, ensuring consistency across every page and reflecting the ever-evolving nature of artificial intelligence. Given the considerable textual content related to the symposium, we strongly emphasised ensuring readability and smooth navigation, whether on desktop or mobile devices. This allows attendees to easily access relevant information, especially details regarding the conference speakers. Everything from their profile pictures to their biographies was handled with meticulous attention.
In addition to the website, we also designed a series of promotional graphics for the seminar, on-site materials, staff entry badges, appreciation certificates, and more, all consistent with the professional look and feel of the website.
Strategic Design Principles for Promotion Materials
The core objective of the promotional materials is to facilitate seminar awareness for visitors. As such, the design of promotional graphics should prioritise essential details, allowing users to grasp its essence instantly. Emphasising a distinct title and a compelling visual of artificial intelligence is crucial. Moreover, a harmonious balance in the presentation of information is essential for clarity and impact.
